Put all Chutney ingredients in mixer jar& grind it smooth.for tempering take small kadai heat on slow flame add udad dal when turns pink add mustard,curry leaves,chilli turn off gas and add hing pour on Chutney &mix it

Grind soaked dal into mixer grinder,add chilli,ginger,garlic in last round add jeera,saunf and coriander seed so that it will remain coarsely.

Heat dosa tava on slow flame pour dosa batter with round shaped spoon spread it properly Dosa is ready to serve with Chutney

Dosa is ready to serve give cut from outer to middle of dosa and give topi shape serve with Chutney.
