First chop ladyfinger, then heat the oil in pan, then add ajwain (carom) and onion and fry it.

Add chilli and tomato+turmeric powder+red chilli powder+ coriander. After a min add bhindi to it, then mash it and fry on low flame. Add salt according to the taste.
