Find some wild garlic in the woods and give it a wash - slugs seem to like living in wild garlic. Chop it up into tiny pieces. Enjoy the smell.

Slap the garlic, eggs and Half the grated cheese into a bucket and whisk it up. There’s only 2 eggs in this photo but I used 3. Believe.

Warm up the butter until it melts. Don’t let it burn.

Pour in the eggs mix, and heat it quite gently until it starts firming up.

When the bottom is getting a bit cooked, but the top is still all soggy grate the rest of the cheese onto it. Then fold it in half. This is a little bit tricky but u can do it. Go on son.

Flip it over when u reckon it’s browning on the bottom, and brown the other side.

Serve it up with some la di da bread and eat it with some gold cutlery
