Ingredients

  1. 21 ozbutter
  2. 6 ozcocoa powder
  3. 38 ozsugar
  4. 1/2 tspvanilla extract
  5. 8 Fresh egg
  6. 31 ozAll purpose flour
  7. 2 tspbaking soda
  8. 1/2 tspsalt
  9. 2 cupmilk
  10. 5 spice ganache
  11. 3 lbsemi sweet chocolate
  12. 38 ozheavy cream
  13. 3 ozfive spice powder

Steps

  1. 1

    Cream butter and sugar,add eggs slowly

  2. 2

    Mix flour,baking soda, salt together.

  3. 3

    Mix flour gradually and fold it with milk and vanilla extract.

  4. 4

    Grease the mould and bake the mixture at 390’F. For about 35 to 40 minutes.

  5. 5

    Cool down the cake slice into three layers and sandwiched with ganache.

  6. 6

    Finish the cake with peak topped ganache.

  7. 7

    Garnish with berries.
