In a pan boil the milk,reduced it 1/3.

Add sugar dissolve it.Add milkmaid and vanilla essence.Mix it well.

Now keep 1 /2 part in a separate bowl.

Add jamun crush,keep stirRing 1 minute.

Now remove it from the flame.

Dissolve gelatin in 4 tsp water,cook it for 1 minute in medium flame.Remove it from the flame.Let it be cool.

In a bowl put cornflor,add 4 tsp milk.whisk it.Add it in the boiling milk,keep stirring.let it be cool.

Add it to both the icecream parts.

Now add whipped cream to both parts.

Take a icecream mould,set first jamun crush icecream part,then set white ice-cream part.

Keep it in the fridge for 8 hrs or whole night.

It will set.

Serve it and delish it.
