Beat eggs. Add chopped onion, coriander leaves, chillies, carrot, turmeric powder,salt,red chilli powder to eggs and mix well.

Mix flour,rice powder, semolina and salt. Add water to make thick batter. In a pan brush oil. Pour 1 spatula full batter. Add immedietly 2 tbsp egg mixture. Spread well on flour batter. Wait 1 minute. Flip it. After 1 minute serve it.
