. wash the cabbage and peel the leaves of while whole. steam them for 5 -7 minutes. leave to cool.

In a bowl mix the minced meat... 3/4of the onions,salt and blackpepper, ginger garlic paste,chopped dhania and mixed spices.. make sure they are properly mixed

Take the cabbage leaves and use them to wrap a teaspoon of the meat mixture. a toothpick can be used to hold the cabbage together.if the cabbage leaf is big it can be cut into two.

Blend the tomatoes.

In a saucepan fry the remaining onions. add the blended tomatoes. cook until boiling then add the cabbage rolls

Lower the heat and simmer for 30 -40 min..

Correct the seasoning of the sauce and serve hot. incase you serving kids be sure to remove the toothpics to avoid accidents 😍. enjoy
