Take a pan and put mustard oil, mustard seed, red chillies, raw mango, salt and turmeric powder in it and fry for sometimes

Now, put little water in the pan and cover the pan with a lid and let it get cooked for a while

After a while when the mango becomes soften, add sugar in it and put off the gas oven

Now, sprinkle the roasted panch-foron powder over it and it's ready.
