  • 1large fish
  • Halfcup flour
  • Maggi
  • Curry
  • Salt
  • Oil

Steps

3 minutes
  1. 1

    Remove the fish scale using Knife. Wash & drain

  2. 2

    Seive flour. Add Maggi, Curry & Salt. Mix.

  3. 3

    Put the fish inside the flour. Rub & ensure it's all covered with the flour.

  4. 4

    Heat oil in high flame. Fry in middle flame. Enjoy.
