  • 2 bunchBrahmi leaves
  • 1 cupGrated coconut
  • Gram2 tsp
  • 250 mlCurd
  • 3-4Green chillis
  • 1Dried red ciilli
  • 1 tspCooking oil
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1/4 tspAsafetida
  • 1/2 tspMusterd
  • 1/2 tspCumin seeds

    Keep all ingredients ready. Wash and cut leaves of brahmi. grinde brahmi leaves, cumin seeds, coconut, gram green chllis with little curd to pasye in mixer jar. Mix the paste with churned curd in a bowl. Brahmi tambuli is ready.

    Heat the oil in tadaka bowl, season with musterd asafetida and dried red chilli. Give tadaka to brahmi tambuli mixture. BRAHMI TAMBULI IS READY.
