  • 6large potatoes
  • 3tomatoes
  • 1onion
  • Soy sauce
  • 1 gblack pepper
  • Salt
  • C/oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil chicken for 30mins till tender

  2. 2

    Sautee the onions add chopped tomatoes and let it cook for 3mins

  3. 3

    Add add the sliced potatoes salt and soysauce

  4. 4

    Let it cook for 10mins

  5. 5

    Add in the chicken and chicken broth cover for 5mins

  6. 6

    Ready to serve
