1 serving
  • 1large ripe mango peeled and cubed
  • 1medium carrot grated
  • 3/4 cuplow fat milk/ Almond milk
  • 1/2 teaspoongrated ginger
  • 2-3pitted dates or honey to sweeten -optional
  • 1 teaspoonflax seeds/ chia seeds to garnish

Steps

    Blend all ingredients to form smooth drink. You can add icecubes if required while blending

    Pour in cold serving glass and serve immediately
