Nachos with Beef and Cheese

Season the ground beef with salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon of ground cumin. Mix well.

Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to a skillet. When hot, add the beef.

In a baking dish, spread a layer of cheese on the bottom. Arrange the tortilla chips around the edge, leaving space in the center for the beef.

When the beef is cooked, place it in the center of the dish. Chop the onion and green pepper, then add them to the beef.

Sprinkle as much cheese as you like over the nachos and beef.

Bake for about 10–15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted to your liking.

Remove from the oven and serve. Place the sauces in small bowls on the side. You can also add chopped tomato, onion, and bell pepper as toppings.
