Ingredients

20 miniutes
2 servings
  • 300 gmmutton with bone
  • 2onion chopped
  • 1 TspBrown onion paste
  • 1/2 cupapple puere (sour)
  • 2 Tspginger crushed
  • 2 Tspgarlic crushed
  • 4chilli chopped
  • 4peices of garlic chopped
  • 2 TspGreen corendear
  • 1 inchbeet root peice
  • 1 Tspmint leaves
  • 4 cloveswhole
  • 4pepper corn whole
  • 1 inchcinnamon
  • 1black cardomam
  • 2green cardomam
  • 2Bay leaf
  • 1 Tspgaram masala
  • to tasteSalt
  • 3 Tspoil
  • 1 Tspghee
  • Powder spices__
  • 1 Tspchilli powder
  • 2 Tspcoriander powder
  • 1 Tsppoppy seeds
  • 1 Tsppomegranate powder
  • 4peices of soaked almond paste

Steps

20 miniutes
  1. 1

    Wash the meat.keep it a side.wipe it.

  2. 2

    Take a bowl put meat in it.add 1 Tsp garlic,ginger chilli,rub it on the mutton.keep it a side for 15 miniutes.

    Take a pressure pan add oil,hot it.add onion Fry it dark pink.

  4. 4

    Add ginger, garlic,saute it 1 miniute.

  5. 5

    Now add all whole spices, cracle it.

  6. 6

    Add powdered spices,mix it.add 1/2 cup water.rost all things property.

  7. 7

    Add apple paste Roast it.

  8. 8

    Now add mutton,roast it 4 miniutes.

  9. 9

    Add beet root piece,salt,Brown onion paste.almond paste.mix all things well.

  10. 10

    Add 2 cup of water.lid it.cook it 10 miniutes. after 10 miniutes remove it from the flame.let it cool.

  11. 11

    Open it.check the meat & greavy,if it is uncooked, cook it again 2 miniutes.

  12. 12

    Check greavy consistacy,if needed, add more.water.

  13. 13

    Now take a small pan Heat it,put Ghee in it.add chopped garlic, Brown it.put this tempring into the cooked meat.lid it 5 miniutes.

    When it will opened,we find a awesome aroma.

  15. 15

    Now garnish it with coriander,& mint leaves.

  16. 16

    Now have this tangy,spicy,mutton with lachha parantha,or naan,rice,with onion rings in lime juice.
