Ingredients

  1. 1 tablespoonolive oil
  2. 1 1/8 poundsground beef (about 500 grams)
  3. 1 bagcorn tortilla chips
  4. 1 bagshredded cheese blend for melting (for oven use)
  5. 1small green bell pepper
  6. 1/4onion
  7. Salt
  8. Black pepper
  9. 1 tablespoonground cumin
  10. Avocado sauce
  11. Sour cream

Cooking Instructions

    Season the ground beef with salt, pepper, and 1 tablespoon of ground cumin. Mix well.

    Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil to a skillet. When hot, add the beef.

    In a baking dish, spread a layer of cheese on the bottom. Arrange the tortilla chips around the edge, leaving space in the center for the beef.

    When the beef is cooked, place it in the center of the dish. Chop the onion and green pepper, then add them to the beef.

    Sprinkle as much cheese as you like over the nachos and beef.
