Chhole kulche

First of all make dough for kulche, Maida, curd, oil, salt, sugar, Baking soda, Baking powder, water (as required)Mix all ingredients and make a soft dough.Then cover it from cotton clothes and rest it for 3-4 hrs.

Pressure cook the kabuli chana adding salt, baking soda and water.

Now make paste of onion and tomatoes. And make ginger garlic green chilli paste...

Now take a kadhai... Add 3 tsp of oil add jeera crakle it then add hing.. then add ginger garlic green chilli paste mix it. Now add all spices and cook it till then releasing oil then add onion paste and cook it. Then add tomato paste cook it well. Then add kabuli chana and mix it well, Cook it for 5-7 mins. Turn off the flame, Kabuli chana chhole is ready...

After 4 - 5 hrs Now take kulcha dough,Mix it well,Make balls, Round it in oval shape.Grease with water on one side... Sprinkle mint leaves and black til...press it.... Now grease another side water on kulche... Put it into hot tava... Roast it both side adding butter... Kulche is ready.
