Ingredients

40 minutes
4servings
  1. 1 litrefull cream milk
  2. 2 tablespoonsgobindo bhog rice soaked in water then blend
  3. 1.5 cup date palm jaggery/patali gur
  4. 2 tablespoonsmilk powder
  5. 2crushed cardamom
  6. Handfulcashewnut
  7. Handfulraisins

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    First boil milk reduced by half, and continue to boiling, add milk powder keep stirring,

  2. 2

    Add crushed cardamom, keep stirring, now add the blended rice keep stirring, after boiling and rice is perfectly boiled add gur, which I stored in fridge in winter I have used now, mix well keep boiling,

  3. 3

    Now add raisins and cashewnut keep stirring, when rice kheer is thickened serve it.
