Rinse palak very well in water.drain them

In one large bowl, mix the whole wheat flour with salt, chopped onion, green chilli, curd, red chilli powder, garam masala

Add palak and 2 teaspoon oil

Add required amount of water and make a smooth dough

Now take a medium size ball from dough

Make role of this ball

Place the palak parantha on tawa and apply oil on both sides

Serve with curd
