Ingredients

  1. 2 cupwhole wheat flour
  2. 200 grampalak
  3. 1-2green chilli chopped
  4. 1onion chopped
  5. 2-3 teaspoonoil for kneading dough
  6. as neededSalt
  7. 1 teaspoonred chilli powder
  8. 1/2 teaspoongaram masala
  9. As neededOil for frying paranthas
  10. 4-5 teaspoonCurd

Steps

  1. 1

    Rinse palak very well in water.drain them

  2. 2

    Chopped the palak

  3. 3

    In one large bowl, mix the whole wheat flour with salt, chopped onion, green chilli, curd, red chilli powder, garam masala

    Add palak and 2 teaspoon oil

    Add required amount of water and make a smooth dough

    Now take a medium size ball from dough

    Make role of this ball

    Place the palak parantha on tawa and apply oil on both sides
