Wash and soak the split green moong daal in enough water for about 15 mins.

Add this soaked daal in cooker, add salt, turmeric powder, hing, add 3 Cups of water. Take 3 - 4 whistle or more till the lentils are cooked thoroughly and softened

When pressure settle down naturally in the cooker. Remove the lid. Again keep the cooker on medium flame without lid. Mash the lentils lightly add chopped coriander leaves, chopped green chillies.

Washed and finely chopped methi leaves, roughly crushed red chillis and coriander powder.

Add 1 cup or more hot water if required mix all well. Cover it and Cook it for 5 mins.

Daal bhaji is ready to serve. Serve hot with roti.
