Take a pan add water to boil & add potatoes and make half boil, after that make a deep fry. Keep it a side,

Take a pan add oil heat it add Cumin seeds, onions, tomato, kaju,coriander leaves ginger garlic paste mix it nicely and fry it nice. After cooling grinde it in fine paste. Take a same pan add oil heat it add grinded paste add turmeric powder, Cumin & coriander powder,kesuri methi fry it nicely & cook it nicely.

Serve it hot with Ghee paratha.
