Ingredients

  1. 1/2kg Mini Aloo
  2. 1cup onion
  3. 1cup Tomatoes
  4. 2tsp Ginger garlic paste
  5. 1tsp Cashewnuts
  6. 1tsp Corinder leaves
  7. 1tsp Turmeric powder
  8. 1tsp cumin seeds
  9. 2tsp Red chilli powder
  10. 2tsp Salt
  11. 2tsp Sugar
  12. 1tsp Kasuri methi
  13. 1 tbspOil

Steps

  1. 1

    Take a pan add water to boil & add potatoes and make half boil, after that make a deep fry. Keep it a side,

    Take a pan add oil heat it add Cumin seeds, onions, tomato, kaju,coriander leaves ginger garlic paste mix it nicely and fry it nice. After cooling grinde it in fine paste. Take a same pan add oil heat it add grinded paste add turmeric powder, Cumin & coriander powder,kesuri methi fry it nicely & cook it nicely.

    Serve it hot with Ghee paratha.
