Ingredients

  • 1 cupflour
  • 2large eggs
  • 1/2 cupmilk
  • Pinchsalt
  • to tasteSugar
  • Nutmeg (optional)

Steps

  1. 1

    Break the eggs inside a bowl, add the milk, sugar salt and beat. Then add the flour gradually and beat until desired consistency is achieved.

  2. 2

    Fry in a lightly greased pan and turn when set to the other side.

  3. 3

    Serve with a fruit juice or as desired.
