Ingredients

  1. Mutton 1/2 kg ( mix boti and hadi wala both
  2. 1 tbspGinger garlic paste
  3. Salt as per taste
  4. 200 gmsYougurt
  5. 4-5Tomatoes
  6. 1/2 cupOil
  7. 1 tbspCumin crushed and roasted
  8. 1 tbspCoriander crushed and roasted
  9. 1 tspRed chili flakes
  10. 1 tspBlack pepper pwd
  11. 1/2 tspHaldi
  12. 2 tbspLemon juice
  13. 1/2 tspQasuri methi
  14. Green chili for garnish
  15. Lemon for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    In a pan add mutton, salt, ginger garlic paste and water. Cover the pot until meat becomes tender (make sure 1/2 cup of yakhni is left.

  2. 2

    Now in another pan add oil and tomatoes (peeled and chopped) cook until it's completely cook and releases oil. Now add mutton and all spices above mentioned, yougurt bhunify it well,then add the yakhni and let it cook completely.

  3. 3

    When water is dried then bhunify again, in the end garnish with green chilies, lemon.

  4. 4

    Serve with Naan.
