Mutton karahi

This is my mother recipe, I learned from my mother. #RamadanKiTayari
Steps

In a pan add mutton, salt, ginger garlic paste and water. Cover the pot until meat becomes tender (make sure 1/2 cup of yakhni is left.

Now in another pan add oil and tomatoes (peeled and chopped) cook until it's completely cook and releases oil. Now add mutton and all spices above mentioned, yougurt bhunify it well,then add the yakhni and let it cook completely.

When water is dried then bhunify again, in the end garnish with green chilies, lemon.

Serve with Naan.
