Wash and soak Both lentils and rajma overnight

Heat ghee. Add hing and jeera.

Add 2 cup water, salt and pressure cook. Take 7-8 whistles.

When cumin seeds turns brown, add degi mirch followed by chopped tomatoes, green chillies, ginger.

Saute till it leaves side of wok.

Now add rest of the spices.

Cook for 2 more minutes and add boiled dal.

Cook till it starts boiling.

If needed add water and take Boil.

Turn off the gas and add chopped green coriander leaves, butter and serve.
