In cooker add chana dal and 2 cup water,pressure cook the dal on medium flame until 3 whistle

Heat the oil in pan add ginger,cumin seeds,curry leaves,saute for a minutes

Add turmeric powder,garam masala,red chilli powder,coriander powder mix well

Add chana dal mixture,dry mango powder,salt and mix well cook for a minute

Turn off the flame add coriander leaves

For pakwan in one bowl add Maida,semolina,Salt,oil,cumin seeds mix well,Add water and Knead the dough properly

Divide the dough into equal portions, shape them into balls,roll out into big poories prick the surface with the fork,these are the pakwans

Deep fry pakwan in hot oil till crisp and brown

For serving in one plate place pakwan add chana dal garnish with curd,onion green chutney,Tamarind chutney,and bikaneri bhujiya

Dal pakwan ready to served
