Beat the eggs, sugar, and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.

Pour the mixture into a larger bowl and gently fold in the flour a little at a time. Add the milk and mix.

With the oven preheated to 320°F (160°C), pour the batter into two 8-inch (20 cm) round pans or all into one 12-inch (30 cm) round pan. Bake for 25 minutes at 320°F (160°C).

Remove the pans from the oven and let cool.

In a saucepan, heat the three milks together with the vanilla extract or another flavoring. Remove from heat just before it boils and let cool until warm.

Remove the cakes from the pans to prevent sticking, then return them to the pans and soak with the three milks mixture.

Place one cake layer on a serving platter, spread with the pastry cream filling, and place the second layer on top.

Cover the cake with whipped cream, either just on top or all over, and sprinkle with cinnamon. Decorate as desired.
