As with all the fillings on this post, you can add your own variation of spices to the mix to suit your palate

Cook potatoes on pot cover with water, add salt and bring to a boil. Reduced heat and simmer for about 20 minutes – drain.

Heat a large pan over medium high heat, cook and stir beef in the hot pan until brown and crumbly, about 5-7 minutes. Drain in a sieve and rinse off excess fat with water.

Mash potatoes with milk in a bowl until smooth, stir in onion and garflic, salt & pepper. Mix ground beef into the potato mixture until filling is evenly combined.
