Take a mixi jar add all ingredients and grind it properly.

Now pour in bowl and add chopped 4-5 pieces and put in fridge for 1 to 2 hours cool it.

For papaya bowl.- cut the papaya from top and down blank the papaya with spoon. And use for papaya pudding
