Heat oil in pan and fry onions to golden brown.

Add all-spice powder and cumin seeds and fry for a minute.

Add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, green chillies, beaten yogurt and cook until tomatoes are tender and oil appears separately. Roast spices well.

Add boiled chickpeas and salt. Mix well and cook for 6 to 8 minutes.

Add soaked rice, mix and add water.

Once water begins drying, place it on steam-cook (dam).

When rice are cooked completely, chana pulao is ready.
Serve in a dish and garnish with green chillies and tomatoes.
