Ingredients

  • 4potatoes cubed
  • 1 cupfrozen mixed veg
  • 5 mlground garlic
  • 1 tspgarlic pepper
  • Salt
  • Ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoonbutter
  • 1egg
  • As neededbreadcrumbs
  • deep frying oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Steam potatoes and veg till soft.

  2. 2

    Add in ground garlic, garlic pepper, salt and black pepper and make sure all water has dried up.

  3. 3

    Mash your veggie mix then add butter to give you a smooth mixture.

  4. 4

    Form into ping pong sized balls, coating with beaten eggs and breadcrumbs. (Now freezer suitable).

  5. 5

    Shallow frying hot oil till done.
