2 cupsboiled rice
4 spoonsoil
1 spoongrated garlic
2onions finely chopped
1/2 spoonsalt
1/4 spoonblack pepper powder
1carrot finely chopped
1capsicum finely chopped
1/2 cupfinely chopped cabbage
3 spoonstomato sauce
2 spoonschilli sauce
2 spoonssoya sauce
1 spoonvinegar
1 pinchajinomoto

Heat oil in a wok

Add garlic and onion and fry for 2 minutes

Add other veggies and saute for 5 minutes

Add other ingredients and mix well

Take out in a serving plate and serve hot.
