Ingredients

  • 4 cupsflour
  • 2 tbspnbaking pwdr
  • 3 tbspnevaporated milk
  • Halfteaspn nutmeg pwdr
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 3eggs
  • 100 gmelted margarine
  • Halfteaspn salt
  • Oil for deep frying

Steps

  1. 1

    Mix dry ingredients and set aside.

  2. 2

    Mix wet ingredients and add up dry ingdrnts 2 make a dough

  3. 3

    Knead for about 10mins,cover and allow to rest

  4. 4

    Mould into balls and deep fry in oil on medium heat.
