One of my easter meals specially for my dad,he loves bitterleaves so i made it with egusi.
Steps

Boil the pomo in a pressure pot to be soft,rinse and add the dry fish season with salt,onion,star seasoning cubes.
- 2
In a bigger pot bleach the palmoil and fry the grinded egusi be stirring as is frying.pour in the cooked pomo amd dry fish and stir in.
- 3
Cook very well and next is crayfish,salt,star seasoning cubes,and pepper.after 10-12minutes wash and add bitterleaves stir and cook small to allow the taste of bitterleave reduce.
