Put flour, 75g ghee and semolina in a vessel and mix it well. Now add little water in it and make a dough. Make equal portion from the dough and take one portion of the dough and then press it with the help of your fist.

Heat the ghee in the kadai and put prepared muthari in the kadai and when the muthari gets brown then take out the muthari from the ghee and grind them in the mixer jar.

Now take a bowl and put the churma mixture in it and add ghee, powder sugar in it and mix it well. Now add cardamom powder and dry fruits in churma and mix it well. Your muthari churma is ready to serve.
