Wash the back of eggs well. Separate white from yolks. Set yolks in a separate bowl.

Squeeze juice from lemon. Remove seeds. Set aside.

In a clean dry blender, pour yolks and blend.

Pour 1 tablespoon lemon juice and blend.

Add salt and sugar and blend.

Pour in little oil and blend. Pour little oil and blend. Repeat process till the mixture is thick.
