Sweet tarts fill with black grapes crush,& custard
Steps

Take a bowl put flour, salt, sugar,mix it together.

Add chilled butter,mix it in flour,make it like a Crumbled.

Knead it lightly with hands.

Take tart molds.now take little portion of kneaded flour,put it in the molds & press it.fork it all sides.

Now make all tarts same patterns.put some dried rajma in the tarts for blind baking.

Keep it in preheated oven at 150 degree for 5 miniutes..

After 5 miniutes remove the rajma & bake it again 5 miniutes.

After 5 miniutes take it out from the oven.keep it a side.let it cool.

Take a pan put sugar, dissolve it,add crushed grapes,cook it 2 miniutes in the high flames.

Add lime & ginger juice.remove it from the flame.keep it a side.

In another pan boil the milk.

In a bowl put custard,add 4 tsp water or milk, dissolve it.

Add it in the boiled milk.add sugar mix it.when it is thicken, remove it from the flame.

Add Dryfruits,& vanilla mix it well.keep it a side for cooling.

Now take out all tarts from the mold.

Sprinkle some grapes crushed,put custard, again sprinkle crush.

On the top put more grapes crush.

It is really a droolicious sweet dish,liked by everyone.
