Marinate chicken with all spices(turmeric, red chilli,green chilli, garam masala powder,salt,) raw papaya paste, ginger garlic paste, yogurt for 1 hour

Fry onion in oil till golden in colour

Boil rice, but not boil completely, leave till its 3/4 done

Add potatoes in onion and fry for 5 mins

Add.chicken mixture and cover and cook for 20 mins

Firstly add a layer of half rice, then chicken gravy, then corriander and mint leaves,then again rice, and put kewra essence and yellow food colour on it

Cover and cook for 20.mins on low flame
