Russian/ Chinese Idli

Firstly add semolina,curd,water and salt.mix it very well.keep.cover it with plate.and leave it for 3 hours.after that add baking soda and mix it.Grease mini idli moulds,pour this mixture in idli mould.Steam it for 10 minutes.

After that heat oil in a wok.Add onion and saute for 3 minutes on medium flame.Now add all veggies and mix it.Saute for 2-3 minutes.

Then add salt,black pepper,vinegar,soya sauce,chilli sauce and tomato sauce.mix it.Now add mini idli in it.

Now mix it very well and saute for 3-4 minute. Our Russian/ Chinese idlies are ready.
