2 TBMozzarella cheese little flakes
to tasteSalt
to tasteBlack pepper
1/6 tbsgarlic ginger paste
1 TBcornflour and little bit for coating

Boil and mash potato

Add cheese, salt, pepper, garlic and ginger paste.

Make smooth dough by adding corn flour
4

Make little kababs shape and coat with cornflour.

Fry and serve with tomato ketchup.
