Ingredients

  • 250 gmMutton
  • 50 gmSmall onion
  • 2 tspGinger garlic paste
  • 1/4 shellCoconut
  • 2 tspCloves, cardamon, Cinnamon, star flower,
  • 1 tspChilli powder
  • 2 tspCoriander powder
  • 1/4 tspTurmeric powder
  • 50 mlGingerly oil
  • 1/2 tspMustard seed

Steps

  1. 1

    Heat the pan pour 1tsp oil add masala items roasted it,add coconut roast and grind well

  2. 2

    Take a cooker add mutton, ginger garlic paste, onion, close the lid wait 4 whistle.

  3. 3

    Add chilli powder, coriander powder, in boiled mutton wait five minutes then add coconut paste
