Ripe plantain is good but if your looking to control your weight unripe is better,peel your plantain and use ur knife to give it some opening to enable the salt and oil penetrate

Rub it oil using a brush on both side after sprinkling salt then wrap with ur foil paper and put in ur oven...check every 5 mins to turn sides

Ready to devour with any juice of ur sauce of ur choice....I like to enjoy with freshly squeezed orange juice
