Ingredients

  • 500 gmRice
  • 500 gmchicken
  • 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  • 3medium tomatoes
  • 2large onions
  • 2 tbspLal mirch
  • 1 tsplal kutti mirch
  • 1 tsppissa dhaniya
  • Salt
  • 2cooking spoons oil

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil chicken with water and 2tbsp oil and Salt. Cook till the chicken tenders and half cup stock left.

  2. 2

    Now heat oil. Fry onions. Put all the spices and fry well. Now add tomatoes. when the tomatoes tenders, add chicken and stock.

  3. 3

    Now add rice. Give it a boil till the rice gets ready.

  4. 4

    Give dum for 10mints.

  5. 5

    Serve with zeera and cucumber raita. Enjoy!!!!
