Chicken Shawarma on a Skewer

Slice the chicken into thin strips, like for schnitzel, and marinate with the above ingredients for at least 3 hours or longer.

Insert a whole potato onto wooden skewers to serve as a base, then stack the marinated chicken onto the skewers.

Place the assembled skewer inside an oven-safe roasting bag and bake in the oven for about 1 1/2 hours.
