Ingredients

10 minutes
1-2 servings
  • 1/2 cupdosa batter
  • 1/2 tspsalt or to taste
  • 2 +1/2 tbsp or to taste coco powder
  • 4-5 dropvanilla essence
  • 2 +1/2 tbsp or to taste powder sugar
  • 2 tbspcoloured fennel seeds
  • 1 tbspwhite chocolate syrup

Steps

10 minutes
  1. 1

    Take a bowl add dosa batter

    Add in dosa batter, salt, coco powder, powder sugar & vanilla essence. Mix well

    Add little water for nice consintancy. Mix well.

    In high flame heat the non - stick Tava. Few drops of oil spread on Tava.

  5. 5

    Pour a laddle full of chocolate dosa batter in the centre of the Tava & spread it evenly.

    Add oil the sides if needed. Close with lid. In medium flame cook in steam till turn it light golden.

  7. 7

    Open the lid and switch off the burner.

  8. 8

    Took in the plate and garnish with white chocolate syrup & coloured fennel. Ready to serve.
