Steps

Peel and chop carrot to small chunks. Add the ginger and 2 tbsps water to it. Pressure cook for a whistle

Add it to a mixie jar. Add the mint leaves

Add both salt and black pepper

Add curd

Grind to a smooth texture

Take a cup of water and add almonds to it.Microwave on high power for 2 to 3 minutes. Deskin,slice into slivers

You can add ice cubes and water to this smoothie if you like. But it tastes good as a thick smoothie. Garnish with blanched almond slivers and mint leaves.
