In a mixing bowl add the chhicken with egg, soya sauce 1 tbsp,cornflower 1 tsp & salt & pepper and mix and marinated atlist 1 hour.

Heat 500 gm oil in a pan and add the chicken for deep fry.

Heat oil in a another pan add garlick & then add onion, capcicum, green chilli & satue.

Add salt, chilli sauce, soya sauce and fried chicken and mixed.

Add little bit water and conflower for thick gravy.
- 6
Garnishing with spring onion & serve hot.
