Per boil snails and wash then spice with pepper, seasoning cubes, onion and salt and boil for 20 mins. Set aside

Heat palm oil in a pot, pour onion, pepper and salt and stir for a while add snails, seasoning cube and spinach, then stir fry a while. Check for salt and serve hot
