In a vok, heat oil and fry onion till golden

Add mutton and ginger garlic paste and fry for 5 mins

Add tomato paste and all spices powder, corriander powder, turmeric, red chilli powder, and salt and bhonify for 5 mins

Add water and cook until meat tenders

Now place 1 layer of rice in a deep pan, then mutton gravy a, then corroander and green chillies chopped. then again rice and few rrops of yellow food colur
