Steps

Place all the dry mixture into a bowl and mix

In a seperate bowl place the egg yolks and oil. Wisk to combine.

Add the yoghurt and milk. Blend again.

In a seperate bowl wisk the egg whites until stiff (but not dry) peaks form.
- 5
Mix the dry ingredients into the wet apart from the egg whites.
- 6
Finally fold in the egg whites.
