  1. 10leaves palak (spinach) chopped
  2. 1cucumber chopped
  3. 1/2 -Cup coriander chopped
  4. 1 -Cup chopped bottle guard
  5. 1/2 -Cup chopped phudina / mint
  6. 2chopped goose berry
  7. 2 -tbsp honey

    Put all ingredients in juicer accept honey fill juice in glass add honey mix properly and drink fresh juice immediately.It is necessary to drink in morning for good result good for detoxification.garnish with cucumber,goose berry slice & phudina leaves
